The State of Florida:

Florida, or the Sunshine State, has a 70.1% homeownership rate and is the fourth largest state in the United States in terms of population. Florida's population has nearly doubled since 1980 from 9.7 million inhabitants to over 18 million in 2006. In 1960 the population of Florida was under 5 million.
